Via Integralis

Hold on, where to? Heaven is within. Search God afar, and you will go astray.

Angelus Silesius

On the one hand, this form of contemplation conveys the heart of the Zen Buddhist tradition, namely zazen, sitting in silence. On the other hand, studying earlier and contemporary Christian mystics helps us to interpret and understand our own experiences in meditation. By incorporating various findings from modern psychology and consciousness research, via integralis seeks the adequate expression for a vivid, practical spirituality that is close to everyday life.
